Terms of Service

Realize^® is a space for love, reflection, and presence. By using it, you agree to keep it that way — for yourself and for everyone in your circle.

Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using Realize, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Realize. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Realization Labs, Inc.

Who can use Realize

You must be at least 13 years old to use Realize. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should review these terms with a parent or guardian.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Please use a strong password and do not share your login credentials. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@torealize.com.

You may only create one account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

What you can do in Realize

Realize is for personal, non-commercial use. You may:

• Create and maintain your altar and personal practice
• Create love notes and reflections for yourself — written, spoken, or recorded as video
• Send love and connect with people in your circle
• Invite others to join Realize through the in-app invite flow

What you may not do

Realize is a sanctuary. To protect that for everyone, you agree not to:

• Use Realize to harass, threaten, or harm others
• Share content that is hateful, abusive, or discriminatory
• Post content that violates another person's privacy or intellectual property rights
• Attempt to access another user's account or private content
• Use Realize for commercial purposes, advertising, or spam
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise misuse the app or its underlying systems
• Create fake accounts or impersonate others
• Use Realize in any way that violates applicable law

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior

Realize has zero tolerance for objectionable content and for abusive behavior toward anyone in the sanctuary. Content that is hateful, threatening, harassing, sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise objectionable has no place here, and neither does anyone who directs it at another person.

Anyone using Realize can report a note or a person, and can block another person at any time. A block is complete and mutual: neither person can see the other's altar, notes, or love, and the connection is not restored by unblocking.

To report content or behavior, use the report option on the note or on the person, or email us at support@torealize.com with enough detail for us to find what you are reporting.

We review every report and act within 24 hours. Where a report is upheld, we remove the content and permanently remove the account of the person responsible. Reported content is hidden from the person who reported it immediately, before any review.

Your content

You own the content you create in Realize — your love notes (written, voice, and video), the photos you add, your altar images, and your reflections are yours. By using Realize, you grant Realization Labs, Inc. a limited license to store, display, and transmit your content solely as necessary to operate the service.

We do not claim ownership of your content, sell it, or use it to train AI models.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time from within the Realize app under Settings. Deletion is permanent and will remove your account, altar, love notes, and connections. We will process your deletion within 30 days.

Our intellectual property

Realize, its design, features, and underlying technology are owned by Realization Labs, Inc. These terms do not grant you any right to use our name, logo, or trademarks. You may not copy or distribute the app or its content without our written permission.

Availability and changes

We work hard to keep Realize available and running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We will do our best to communicate significant changes in advance.

We may also update these Terms of Service. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email. Continued use after the effective date of changes means you accept the updated terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Realization Labs, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Realize. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Realize is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaiʻi, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Hawaiʻi.
