Managing your account. You can update your practice, your circle, and your settings from within Realize under Settings.
Deleting your account. You can delete your account any time from within Realize under Settings, or see how to delete your account.
Privacy and your content. Your notes, photos, and reflections are yours. We never sell them or use them to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy.
