Delete Your Data

Realize® is your sanctuary, and your data is yours. You can delete a single reflection, or your entire account and everything in it, whenever you wish — directly from within the app.

Delete your entire account and all data

You can permanently delete your Realize account and all associated data from inside the app:

  1. Open Realize and go to the Me tab.
  2. Tap the settings gear in the top-right corner.
  3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

This is immediate and permanent. There is no separate request to submit — the app deletes your account directly.

Delete a single love note

If you only want to remove specific content rather than your whole account, you can delete any individual love note:

  1. Open the love note you want to remove.
  2. Tap Delete and confirm.

Deleting a note permanently removes its text along with any photo, voice recording, or video attached to it. Your account and the rest of your notes are unaffected.

If you can't access the app

If you've lost access to your account and can't delete it yourself, email us at support@torealize.com from the address associated with your account and ask us to delete it. We'll verify your identity and complete the deletion on your behalf.

What is kept, and for how long

Your data is removed from our active systems right away and purged from encrypted backups within 30 days. We retain information beyond that only where the law requires it (for example, limited records needed to meet legal or tax obligations). We never retain your love notes or personal reflections after deletion.
